Notes: This query will return clusters in the PhyLoTA database that contain sequences with similarity to the sequence input by the user. The user query is submitted to NCBI's BLAST server, using the target database of non-redundant DNA sequences (nr). The user can alter some of the most frequently used BLAST parameters on this page. Clusters will be returned if at least one significant hit is found to a sequence currently in a cluster in PhyLoTA. There may be many other hits to sequences not currently in a PhyLoTA cluster. In other words, this is in no sense a generic BLAST search tool!
